Birth Videos
One of the most helpful things I did to prepare for my natural birth was to watch videos on YouTube of women birthing their babies.
It then started to really help me think … “If these women can do this, then why can’t I?”
They are “normal” women just like you and me. Yes, some of them are a bit more “hippy-ish” than me, but we are all women – built for birth!
As you can imagine I watched many, many videos.
But you know what?
I still get tears in my eyes when I watch those beautiful babies finally enter the world.
Actually, sometimes I’m a blubbering mess – haha!
